Who is responsible for your information?
Movena ApS, CVR 46764129, Rådhuspladsen 16, Copenhagen, is the data controller for the information we collect on movena.io. If you have questions, write to info@movena.io.
What information do we collect?
When you ask for a demo, we store what you write in the form:
- Name, company name and phone number
- Email, if you provide it
- Number of employees, what you use today, and when we may call
When you use the website, we measure visits without cookies using Vercel Analytics. If you consent, we also use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, as described below.
Why, and on what legal basis?
- Demo requests: to contact you about a demo. The basis is our legitimate interest and preparing a possible agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(f) and (b)).
- Statistics and ads: only with your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and the Danish Cookie Order).
Cookies
Necessary cookies make the site work and don't require consent. We only set all others if you say yes.

Who do we share the information with?
We never sell your information. We use these data processors:
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Google (Google Analytics, only with consent)
- Meta (Meta Pixel, only with consent)
- Postmark (email) and Supabase (database)
Google and Meta may transfer information to the USA. This happens under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long do we keep it?
Demo requests that don't become a customer relationship are deleted after 12 months. Statistics are kept as stated in the table above.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and receive your information, to restrict its use and to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time under Cookie settings.
If you're unhappy with how we process your information, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
When you use Movena as a customer
The information you put into Movena about your customers and staff is yours. Here you are the data controller, and Movena is the data processor under a data processing agreement. Data is stored in Europe, and you can always get your data handed over. Read about data portability.
Changes
We update this policy when we change how we process information. The date at the top shows the latest change.
